Hi, We'd like to inform you that, within a 30 days period, we'll be updating the AdSense Terms and Conditions to make sure they're up to date and in line with other Google product policies. When logging in to your account after this date, you'll see a notification that presents you with the updated Terms and prompts you to accept them. Note, that one of your account administrators must accept the updated Terms in order for you to access your account and use the AdSense product. You'll be able to review the Terms and Conditions in detail within the notification. However, we recommend that you have a look at the updated Terms and Conditions in our Help Center within a 30 day period. Below is a brief overview of what is changing in the Terms as well as in the AdSense payment process in the Asia-Pacific region: - With this new version of the Terms and Conditions, our goal has been to make them as clear and transparent as possible. As a result of this, we hope that it'll be even easier to navigate and find what you're looking for.
- With mobile being one of the big trends in 2013 and beyond, we're expanding our Terms to cover mobile properties more specifically. We've also incorporated guidelines for using the AdMob SDK and other publisher products, like Google Affiliate Network.
- In order to provide you with better regional support for your payment issues, your contract entity will be Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. Please note that this change will not affect your payments.
The updates outlined above are the main areas of change. There are additional changes throughout, so please review the Terms as a whole before accepting them. We look forward to your continued participation in the AdSense program. Sincerely, The Google AdSense Team

| | | Updates | The responsive web + AdSense We know one of the biggest challenges publishers currently face is designing websites that adapt to different screen sizes, resolutions and user experiences. You've been asking for responsive ad units to help you deliver the best possible user experience on your pages, and we've listened to your feedback. We're happy to share that responsive ad units are now available as a beta feature.
More control over ad features We're always looking for innovative ways to improve our ad formats and help you earn more revenue from your content. As part of our continuous efforts to improve our ad formats and help you earn more revenue, we've recently launched features like clickable arrow icons and favicons on text ads. We understand that some publishers may prefer not to show these enhancements on their ad units, and so we're now offering the ability to opt out in a few short steps. We hope that having more control over these features will be helpful when deciding on the look of your ads. | | | Case Study | An AdSense success story
